All candles are handmade and may vary slightly in colour, scent, or appearance—this is part of their unique character. Product descriptions and prices are kept up to date, but we reserve the right to make changes without notice.

 

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are accepted when you receive an email confirmation from us. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure checkout. If we can’t fulfil an order - for example, due to stock issues—we’ll contact you and offer a refund or alternative.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the UK (and internationally if stated). Delivery times are estimates and may vary.We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or events outside our control.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return in line with UK consumer law. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at your cost unless faulty. If an item is damaged or faulty, contact us within 5 days for a replacement or full refund.

All content on this site—images, text, logo, and designs - belongs to Lily & Thistle and may not be copied or used without permission.
