Processing & delivery time: Orders are usually packed and shipped within 2 working days after payment clears. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days, but this may vary during busy periods.

 

Tracking: If your order includes tracking, you’ll receive the details once your parcel is on its way.

 

Delays: We’re not responsible for postal or courier delays, but we’ll always help you track down a late parcel.

 

Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your candles, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

 

Change of mind: You can return unused, unopened items within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs). Please email us first at info@lilyandthistle.co.uk with your order number before sending anything back.

 

Condition: Items must be in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.

 

Return shipping: You’re responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

 

Faulty or damaged items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

 

Refund timing: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 2 working days to your original payment method. The amount of days this then takes to arrive back in your account can vary from bank to bank.
